What is collected

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation. Nothing is sent until you press the final submit button — if you leave the form partway through, none of what you typed is sent or kept.

How it is used

To prepare the evaluation you asked for and to contact you about it. That is the entire purpose. Your information is not sold, rented or traded, and it is not disclosed to your lender, to their lawyer, or to any other party without your instruction — Ryan McCann has no reporting obligation to any of them and does not volunteer information to them.

How it is handled

Form submissions are delivered by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and are stored in Ryan McCann's email and client records at MaxWell Polaris. Brokerage records are retained as required by the Real Estate Council of Alberta's rules and by Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Its fonts are hosted on this site's own server, so loading a page does not send a request to Google or any other font service. If web analytics are enabled in future, this section will be updated to name the tool before it is switched on.

Email and texts

Contacting me through this site is your request for a reply, which is what Canada's anti-spam legislation calls implied consent. You will get a personal response, not a newsletter. If you ask me to stop contacting you, I stop — immediately and permanently.

Your rights

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act you may ask what personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write or call: 780-964-8445, 4107 99 Street, Edmonton, AB T6E 3N4.
